If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://teamcanada-ac.rafflenexus.com/winners on August 1, 2024.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Team Canada Youth & Women’s America’s Cup Regattas.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Team Canada Youth & Women’s America’s Cup Regattas or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

Team Canada Youth & Women’s America’s Cup Regattas does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: david.leonard@teamcanada-ac.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

Cause
The proceeds generated from this gaming licence will be exclusively used to support Team Canada in their training efforts for the America’s Cup in Barcelona 2024. We will use the proceeds for 3 main purposes (all funds listed are in Canadian dollars):
Coaching
In order to compete in the America’s Cup, Team Canada requires high performance coaching to both develop and
execute a world class training program. We will have to hire a head coach, a technical performance coach as well
as a sports psychologist. Coaching costs range between $500 and $2,000 per day.
Sailboat Charter
The America’s Cup will be raced in a high-performance boat called an “AC40”. These boats newly designed and have never been sailed until this announcement of the America’s Cup 2024. Team Canada will charter (rent) an AC40 boat for training purposes leading up to the America’s Cup competition. Boat charter fees also include the rental of a shore base, a crane, a coach boat, insurance and a team of 6 operators to maintain the boat during rental. The cost of the charter program is approximately $40,000 per day.
Accommodations & Travel:
The 2024 America’s Cup will be held in Barcelona Spain and Team Canada will be training in Barcelona from May 1
until the completion of the cup in October of 2024. We will be providing accommodations, flights and per diems for
each athlete while they’re training in Barcelona. Approximate cost for accommodations and travel are $75,000.
